Lifestyle of this oasis in the desert can partially be explained with the extremely high temperatures throughout the day. The weather does not allow for much of activities in day time, other than pool parties in shades of luxury hotel rooftops. It is the evening when the Strip comes to life and all those light fixtures start making sense. Forever considered a place to which you only show up to party with a rule that anything goes and everything stays behind you.
